Refunds and Transfers

REFUNDS
​
Full refunds are available up until 30 April 2021- minus a $10 admin fee. Change your mind after 31 April? Refunds will be processed as follows- 50% refund if requested before 1 May, 25% refund if requested before 30 June. Please note, after 1 July, no refunds will be provided. In the case of Force Majeure, including Covid 19 no refunds will be issued. You entry will automatically be transferred to a rearranged date.

TRANSFERS
​
If you would like to transfer your race distance, this can be done until the 15 July with a $10 fee. Any changes to distances will be at the discretion of the Race Director depending on available space on the course. If you would like to transfer your entry to 2022 this can be done up until 4 weeks prior to the race and will incur a $20 fee.
​
Name changes will also incur a $10 fee up until the 1 July 2021.

Any changes after this time will need to be requested in writing to becs@fusionevents.co.nz.
